Dear All:

I finally replaced the intake manifold gasket (red) with the improved green one. The check engine is now off and the engine is running smooth. In the process, the rubber sleeve gave some hard time, but the real pain (I am still suffering from a twisted shoulder) was in the intake manifold nut on the engine mount. It was a great experience overall and I feel good about breaking the psych barrier with this engine, with which I have no previous experience.

Undoubttedly, this would have not happened without your extremely helpful tips and words of encouragements. Warm Thanks go to all of you who responded quickly and candidly.
