Power door Locks, but won't unlock 700 1986

Greetings.
Just a small problem this time.
My power door locks seem to be failing.
When I turn the key to open the doors, my drivers door unlocks, but the other doors do not unlock. Sometimes, I get a delayed reaction, and they will unlock after like 5 mintues or so after I have driven a mile or two.
The funny thing is that I have no problems locking all the doors.

Anyone else experienced this? Is this a wiring glitch or a blown fuse?

Any suggestions are appreciated.
