1980 for sale..should I buy? 200 1980

He wants $250.

It has 170k miles. The problem is that the fuel pump needs replacing. Also..he said that when it's hot in the summer, his mechanic installed a "pushbutton" right under the steering wheel..so he can start the car. Apparently it's hard to start when it's hot outdoors. It's the silver with black leather interior and sunroof. He's owned it for 15 years. A/C doesn't work. Any ideas how hard it is to replace/update the fuel system? Any ideas what he's talking about with the pushbutton thing?
