Need Help................No Brake Lamps!!! 200 1987

All 3 stop/brake lamps on my '87 240 DL Sedan are out. I've checked all of the bulbs, and even replaced the one on the High Level (rear windshield), but still, no none of them are working. I've also checked the fuses and they're good/clean. I noticed the Bulb Failure Indicator on the dash does NOT come on, even though none of the brake lamps light-up. All of the other rear tail lamps work fine (fog, turn signals, back-up, and running lamps).

Any help is appreciated.
