Need summer tires, Nokian experiences? Falken? other recommendations. 700 1989

The car is a 745-16 valve with IPD bars and Boge Pro gas shocks.
I have Pirelli 205/60-15's, P6000's, summer only.(not Veloces which are all weather).
I liked them a lot, but it seems from Tire Rack some people had defect problems.
I like my Nokian snows a lot, was wondering if anyone has experience with a summer only or all season tire from them?
Am looking for superb wet cornering and anti aquaplaning charachteristics, great dry cornering and braking, Not too concerned with longevity (the Pirellis were rated poor and I had them for 5 years and about 50000 miles).
Falken's look good and the right price , but do they perform?
Some Bridgestones look good.
Any other recommendations.
Looking to pay less than $75 each.
