blown engine on 740 Turbo 700 1988

'88 740 Turbo. Hole in the engine block. What are my best/cheapest options? Is there a good site I can purchase a rebuilt/remanufactured engine? A local shop wants two grand and are using a used engine w/120k miles on it w/ only a 90 day warranty.
