I don't think I'm gonna buy it: '80 264 GLT 200 1978

Some of you probably have read my previous questions about my neighbor's car. It needs a fuel pump. I was all excited about buying it for $250, until I discovered it was a V6. I've owned two 4 cylinders ('86 and '89). Most of my time is trying to restore the '89. But this neighbors car was there...with the leather and the spoked wheels and everthing...rust behind both rear wheels. It was a fine fine fine ride in its day...but I don't have the time to try and restore...I was thinkin about putting the seats in the '89...but the black won't go with the blue interior....the wheels would be cool...but..I dunno...I guess I'm gonna tell him since its a six cylinder manual transmission...that it's just too far different from my four cylinder automatic...and let him haul it away. p.s. Anyone ever had the tailshaft piece off of an AW auto-transmission? I've got a sticking governor back there...and I want to get all the varnish out of it..(on the '89 240)
