240...1982 Whats the diff between LH and K 200

Hi all, I have a friend who has a 1982 Volvo 245..it needs an Air Mass Meter...has none..It has a Chrysler Distributor...anyone know what part# we need? or the best place to get one of these air flow?..Thanx in Advance...240NE
