Installed an all-metal replacement. It has weeping leakage around a tranny cooler boss. Now I'm told by the supplier that all-metal radiators are no longer stocked by most parts houses because they are too often defective. I read in the FAQ that some metal radiators suffered anodic wastage of solder joints ... What's the current thought?
Should I sweat out the seeping joint and reflow it; or is this an early indicator that there is broader anodic deterioration in what is probably an old and remanufactured radiator, so I'm probably in for more trouble later?
