740T Oil leaks continue, despite repair 700

Howdy

On the advice of this forum, I replaced the Turbo oil drain pipe gaskets but that did not stop the oil leak.

Unfortunately, I cannot find the source as I cannot fit my huge head in the required location.

However, I have a sneaking suspicion that it is the oil filter attachment where it meets the engine block.

1) I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to get that thing off! Is that big hex thing in the center a bolt?

2)How likely is that to be the source of the leak?

Thanks!
