940 Turbo Problem/Electrical (?) 900 1993

My '93 940 turbo is rarely used (I do start it frequently though). Went to start it and got nothing. Does not crank, turnover, etc. The battery is fairly new, so I tried to jump start it. It did respond momentarily and then the engine cut out completely. Tried that again and nothing happened. It is completely dead, absolutely nothing is operating (door locks, lights, engine, everything). Any ideas what the problem could be?
