Mort Sherry sent me a list from the Bosch Manual. I edited it in a bunch of places (* or CAPs) and have not cross checked it with fcpgroton yet but it looks like this so far:
Please let me know of any additions or errors, I absolutely never get things perfect the first time. I am sort of winging it on the latest 7 and 9 series but I think I recorded the origin of the 937 correctly, but i do not have the AMM info for them.
Any LH 2.2 uses the 007 AMM and any LH 2.4 uses the 016 AMM. LH 3.0 uses another type of meter
