What torque should I use to tighten my turbo wheels? 200

I have a 1988 244 DL with Wheels from a 1983 245 GLT and I need to rotate the tires. I'm just wondering if there is a different torque that I should use then then the one in my owners books since these are aluminum wheels and the car came whith steel wheels? I belive that the owner's manual says that torque value is 85LBS. Is this too much for turbo wheels?
Thanks and happy bricking!
