hi there all i put a 03-72L tranny in my 85 244turbo. of course it had a 03-71 tranny in the car before i started. o.k. the o.d. relay was bypassed with a hot wire to the fusebox so i wired it like it should be and nothing, so i pulled a orange relay and put in a orange relay. o.d. kicks in about 2,900 rpms. im thinking it might be the wrong relay. i know the gear ratio is different in the two trannys and probably the rear differentials. what o.d. relay are you running on the 16 valve cars? and when does it shift to o.d.? i looked on fcp groten and they list a white one. i have a bunch of them as i own 4 volvos, well me and my kids do. thanks alot. hardknocks
