wide band 02's 700 1989

any one have a line on what yr volvo start'd useing wide band 02 sensors , and how the 89 02 sensor if any if diff from say the 86 yr model 02's
also is there any advantage is useing a newer yr model 02 sensor , are they any faster more fuel range adjustments etc
thanks any info is greatly appreate'd
