a couple of weeks ago, i took my 1990 240 DL wagon on a scouting trip to west point military academy. on the way back, i stopped to fill it at pump #6 westbound in newburgh ny on i90. when i got home i realized that that tricky pump #6 let me put 16.589 gallons of fuel in my 15.8 gallon tank. remember that the tank probably had at least a drop or two in it to begin with. pretty good trick, right?
