Trans swap 740 wagon AW to ZF trans swap info needed 700 1989

I have an 89 740 wagon with the AW 70 or the AW 71 Trans.
I found a whole 87 740 wagon with the german ZF trans.
AW for ZF
My question is .....Will this swap work ok??

Any feedback is helpful.
