Idle jumping around and very slow pick up 900 1995

I have '95 960. I had this strange problem of idle jumping around and very slow pick up after hard stop such as traffic light. This started while a go. I replaced Air mass flow meter, valve cover gasket and idle slider valve. It is better, but the problem is still there. When the idle is jumping around (HICK UPS) sometime car turns off. Did anybody in volvo land had simillar problem(s)! How did you fix it. Thanks for help in advance.
