turbo alternator(100A) for non-turbo(80A)compatible? 700 1990

Can one fit a 100A Bosch AL 155 alternator into a 90 740 GL non-turbo which only require a 80A Bosch AL 157 alternator??/
Sometimes these come along on ebay/scrapyard and I just wonder should i pass or get a as a spare?
