Is Regina O2 test different then Bosch 02 diagnosis? 700

I was looking at my o2 sensor and testing it via the FAQs. It tests between 0.0 and 1.3 volts DC. It varies up and down constantly.

If it was a Bosch sensor I would say that it is working. But it's a Regina sensor. So is the test the same, or should I be testing resistance?
