running rich ... 700 1990

I got my 740 ti running to rich
this is what I've done :
new wires ,o2 sensor ,plugs, intake gasket,clean the idal motor , clean oil trap ,
clean flame trap , new gas filter, new water temp sensor for ecu ,check for leaks found none , and still lots of black soot in the tail pipe ( brother though it was diesel). what next?
