Volvo dentist sought....possible missing teeth! 200

In the midst of an odometer repair, but because my odometer gear turned to a fine dark dust upon inspection, I can't tell if I need a gear with 25 or 26 teeth. This applies to both the '90 and '93 245's.

No insurance on this, so all dental work will be out of pocket. I understand that odometergears.com and southernspeedometer.com both sell gears. Does anyone have any experience with either of these vendors or know of a place to get good quality gears at competitive prices?
