What does it mean when the outer edges of the tire are worn? 200

when i first bought my 82 244 it had the outer edges of the tires worn down before the rest of the tire. there was excessive wear on the outer edges of both front tires

at high speeds the car woudl shake due to the tires being worn differently on each side.

I got 4 new michelin radial x tires
and i got the car aligned....after the alignment it still pulled to the right!

I took it back to the alignment place 2wice again... and they kept on swearing it was aligned perfectly. They said it was radial pull. So i took it back to the costco...and they replaced the right tire since it was pulling right.

It helped the problem but it still pulls to the right??

After this i tightened the wheel bearings and there was no change because they were just a bit off. There is no play left to right or up down on the front tires at all...i checked this as well.

So i just dont' know what the problem is anymore. THe car keeps pulling right consistently on all sorts of roads and i dont' want my tires to get messed up like the previous ones.

any help would really be appreciated
