'89 740 GLE, is there anything i should know about before i buy it? 700

I'm the owner of an '88 240 and i'm looking at an '89 740GLE right now, it's got 165K on it, but i know that it has been properly maintained. My only concern is the B234, is there anything i should know about it? Any other information about the car i should know (differences from my 240)? I appreciate the help.
