I just lost my 90 in a accident, will post pics soon.

I've found a 88 240 for sale for next to nothing. The only thing is that the owner says that the trany (auto aw) has a fit every 10k miles or so, and blows out tranny fluid underneath the car. Drains the trany. She says it burns on the exhaust, causing a puffs of smoke.

Said she's had it looked at by two tranny places and they found nothing wrong. I did not find anyleaks while the car was running, the tranny's even been painted white and cleaned by the trany shop.

My 90 has a m47 tranny. I think a swap would be a last option.
