Well, I already had issues with the hood closing...couldn't slam it down, had to gently lower the spring and latch and have some one much stronger than I am ;)close the darn thing. My co-worker was trying to help with this issue and wouldn't you know it... the spring is now firmly stuck and only the latch comes free. When you pull on the hood it is trying to lift up the grill with it. Any quick fixes..rather than stopping at the mechanic? Once I do pry it open how can I permanently fix the problem of the "non-closing" hood? Thanks a bunch!! :)
