brake master cylinder holdup 120-130

Ok, well I took my master cylinder apart, inspected and reassembled. Now I have bled the brakes and it refuses to let go. It will make some pressure, though not that much because the pedal will always travel down to the floor. Then it will hold that pressure in the line. It does not seem to let go at any time, or after long periods... Please help, without this thig, I will not be able to make IPD...
