Cruise Control Problem - weak pump ??? 200 1991

Howdy

My 1991 245 now has a problem with the cruise control.

After extensive testing with the vacuum pump, switches and diaphram I have come to the conclusion that the pump just is not sucking hard enough. ???

The diaphram compresses for a bit but does not have the strength to pull on the accelerator pedal anymore.

Anybody have this problem before?

It worked fine last month.

Does anybody have a vacuum pump they would sell me QUICK?!?!?
