740 turbo problems 700

My 740 has been having a couple issues not sure if they are all related or not.
1) the other day with my foot on the pedal the car lost power. It did not shut off. It just lost power. Power is fine now.
2) When I drive the car and then stop at the store. When I come back out I try to crank it up and it will not start. I wait for a minute and then try again it works fine.
3) about every other week i will try and start the car. it will crank but runs funny. when I try to give it some gas it wants to die out. If i shut the car off and then restart it is fine.

Any advice that I could be offered for one or all three of these I would greatly appreciate. Thanks for reading my problems.
