is high compression 180's, 190s mean the passages are carboned? 200

i got back a recent compression rating that stated i had compression on all cylinders between 180 and 195. I'm wondering for a 20 some year old car...is this mean that it's carboned up. If that's what it means...then is it necessarily a bad thing....or a good thing???

In my opinion that's a fairly good comp result.

thanks all
