where's the air intake temperature sensor? the S90's reading that the air is -40C (and -40F) S90-V90 1998

The air intake temperature (on our computer OBD-II readout) is at -40C and -40F. We also have code PO112, which is air intake temperature circuit low. Obviously this is low. So where is this elusive "air intake temperature sensor"? The MAF sensor doesn't detect temperature, does it? If not, what causes this problem? thanks!
