fuel tank fails at emissions station 700

when I take my 87 volvo 740 into have the emissions checked the gas tank fails for holding pressure, I have replaced the vent line and have replaced other lines while I was in the process of replacing the two fuel pumps. Are there any other places that can cause the tank to not hold the pressure? The gas cap passed. thanks
