1976 Volvo seat replacement 200 1976

I have a 1976 Volvo 244 DL and I was going to sell the car, however no one has called me about it so I figured I may as well fix it up by doing things like having it painted, replacing the carpet on the interior, replacing the seats and seatbelts, replacing the dash, drilling larger holes for speakers/sound system, and just making it look nice and make me want to drive it. So...I was wondering if anyone can offer advise/links to pages where other people explain how do to things like replace seats with a newer style seat and such. I appreciate any help anyone can offer.
