speedometer swap, now ratio problems 700 1989

Hi y'all,

I just dropped an instrument cluster from an '88 7x0 w/ turbo (I don't know anything more about it...) into my '89 NA 744GL.

It works great, except that the speedometer seems to be reading about 4 times the correct reading -- additionally, the odometer is going up 4x as fast as well!

Why is this happening, and how can I fix it?
