Excessive Fuel Injector Pressure 700

I replaced my main fuel pump/Filter with a Pep Boys special. The car cranks, there is a nice spark but fuel is spraying out the spark plug port. I'm assuming this is why the car won't start cause its flooded. Any suggestions?
