Is there an oil level warning light for my car...??? 900

Hi,

Stupid me ..I put off checking my oil level until now..it's been about 1,388 miles from the last time i checked the oil level and man..there was not a single drop of oil on the dipstick...is my car going to die?? Also, i thought that there is some kind of light that would go on if the oil level dips down too low..but i didn't get that light on my dash...how do i fix this problem..i do got a oil leak coming fromt he distiributor and the turbo...just haven't had the chance to replace the gasket on the distributor. Thanks for the help..
