best outdoor car cover for $100 or less?

This would actually be for my Plymouth. Looking for something fairly water proof yet breathable with a soft inner lining. Ideally I'd get a Noah Covercraft cover but those seem to be close to $200 and I'd like to keep it as far under $100 as possible. This cover will get a lot of abuse from birds and cats. What materials/brands do you guys like? Thanks.
