New Master Cyl. New Rotors/pads, bled brakes, pedal still hits floor 200

Well thanks for the help, the car is a 1991 I'm not sure if its ABS (how do tell). The fluid was not contaminated. And yes the pedal feels spongy. It travels to the floor with slight resistance as opposed to falling to the floor and it is not overly diffucult to depress. I bled the lines after changing the cylinder but its possible that I fouled up the sequence. My Haynes man. is a bit muddled as to the sequence. If someone could pass along what Bentley says I'd be greatful. I have three days to make this car run and sell it...
