Another question on sway bars...

There is a turbo wagon in my local pick and pull that was rearended. I was thinking about pulling the front sway bar, but how about the rear? I have a sedan. Also, what should I pay for these? Will I have to get new bushings? Are these pretty much as good as the IPD ones?
