'92 965 - What else to check for? 900 1992

I've been lurking here for a while, and this weekend, I found a 92 960 Wagon that I want to buy. Mileage is 122,000, and I took it for a few test drives. Here's what I've already found:

-AC Compressor clutch is not there. Apparently, someone did a R134a conversion, and some servicing on the compressor, and never bothered to put the clutch back in. The lines have no pressure. Assuming worst case, would I be looking at buying another compressor?? ~$300??

-Brake shutter: Light braking from 30+ mph results in some shuttering of the brakes. However, if I brake hard, there is almost no shutter, and the braking performance is similar to my father's '97 960. Is this just brake rotor warping? Could I get it resurfaced, or should I get new rotors?

-Power steering was a bit stiff. I checked the PS reservoir, and fluid didn't even hit the dipstick. The serpentine belt is also a bit loose, with maybe 1/2" of slack when I push on it from the side. The steering action is smooth, just lacking some power assist. I'm thinking top off the fluid? Does this point to a rack problem?

-Front suspension bushing might be shot. I hear a squishy sound when I go over bigger bumps at low speed.

-Dash vents stop blowing under acceleration. It's either the check valve or a vacuum servo. I've done the check valve replacement before, but never worked on the servo problem.

The seller says that the timing belt was changed maybe 30k miles ago. I've read that 92 timing belts require 20K intervals, whereas a damper kit will extend it to 30k. Is the presence of this damper something I can easily check? if not, should I be looking into replacing the timing belt right away?

The body is in top shape, as is interior and rest of the mechanicals. The engine is powerful and smooth, oil looked clean, and cooling system is topped off with water. I did not check for leaking block. I should do that.

Anything else I should check for? Please advise... thanks!!
