I have an interesting problem that some users may have experienced. On a particular hot day, my Volvo 960 does some unusual things. The car will start but the windows and turn signals do not operate. If the ignition switch is put in position II the electric windows then do operate. Also, after the car starts, I have to push the shift lock button to shift to either drive or reverse. Any help would be appreciated.
