240 Turbo Conversion, what parts? 200

I have a 89 240 DL, i was looking to convert it to a turbo, i think i have most of the parts but i want to be sure. could anyone tell me everything i need? also, does it matter if its off a 240 or can it be from a 740/760 (i forget which), even if that might require some fabricating. the 740/760 is a 85 if that is important.
