Any suggestions on inexpensive replacement sunroof motors??? 700 1987

I've got a nonfunctional sunroof motor on the 760T my buddy and I are working on.

its' headliner is waiting for sunroof repair before it can be reinstalled.

are the salvage yards the only hope for a reasonably priced replacement or are there other sources for this part (I'm ok with used since new is min. $320 from Volvo World and others)

I'm considering repair as explained in the 700/900 FAQ archive but just thought I'd see if I could get a complete unit before tearing into it.

while on the subject is $60 the cheapest option for a replacement sunroof seal?

thanks to anyone willing to give some ideas on this!
