Sweet exhaust, rough idle 200

Hi,
I have an '83 240 GL with 103000 KM on it and it had rough idle, replaced the fuel injector seals, it is better, however, it is sometimes hard to start when warm, and even after driving for 60km, the car still puts out a bit of white (condensation) smoke out the back, but it smells kind of sweet/oily. There seems to be a slight hissing at the intake manifold, seems like from the frequency valve, but there doesn't seem to be a leak. The intake manifold does seem to feel scolding hot to touch.
Any Ideas??
