my memorial weekend project-timing belt, water pump, all seals. please advise 700

I'm going to change out the above mentioned items this weekend. I bought a kit from FCP Groton with all the stuff.

I just want to make sure I've got the order right. This will be the most involved engine type work I've ever done and I don't want to make a newbie mistake. BTW I did read the FAQ.

1. Remove timing belt per FAQs.
2. Remove and replace cam seal
3. Remove and replace intermediate seal.
4. R&R crank seal.
5. Drain coolant.
6. Remove Water Pump.
7. Replace Water pump seals.
8. Replace Water Pump.
9. Replace radiator hoses top and bottom.
10. Replace Timing belt.
11. double check everything.
12. Replace fan and shroud.
13. top off radiator.
14. start engine and enjoy the fruits of my labor.

Am I missing anything?

Thanks and stand by, I'm sure I'll have more questions.
