Crash! 200

I'm saying goodbye to my 88 with 175K, an M47 and turbo sway bars. It got slammed in front of my house by a woman who claims to have blacked out. I was home when it happened and didn't hear any brakes skidding, so either she is telling the truth or she was just distracted. The entire rear trunk is smashed in like an accordian, and the front is wrapped around a tree. Of course it's a total loss, and I expect I won't get enough from the insurance to replace it, as hard as it is to find a clean 88-93 240 with an M47 in these parts. It is comforting to see for my own eyes how these cars fare in a collision. That woman was going very fast. The front and rear of the car are totally squashed, but the passenger compartment was unscathed, with the doors opening up perfectly and not even knocked out of alignment.

Well, at least the morning of the accident, I finally fixed the exhaust leak that was bothering me.....
