Mushy brakes 200 1981

Recently changed my front calipers, discs, and pads. I used Brembo discs, re-built nu-geon calipers (OEM), and Volvo pads. The brakes are not nearly as good as previously. I had used the same set-up with ATE power discs and factory discs previously. I'm suspecting that one of the re-built calipers is bad. I've also read that there can be a problem with correct left/right orientation of the calipers during the re-build process that can lead to this situation. My brakes feel like non-power brakes. I have to really apply heavy pressure to get proper braking. Unfortunately, work was done at a dealership and they have already re-bled entire system. According to their technician brakes feel fine, but as I have owned my car almost 3 years I know it is not the case. What can I do?????????
