ATF leak - cooler line leaking 200

After a fairly sudden and large leak developed in my fiancee's '83 244, I did some snooping under the car, and some searching on here, and found this post in another thread:

"1.Pinhole in the cooler line at the clamp point? Pretty easy to check if you can get the car elevated at all."

This is exactly my situation. Is there a shade-tree repair for this? I've done a bit of searching on the 'net for a new line, but have been unable to find the part yet.
