Hello Again

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my car? I have a 1987 760 turbo GLS. I had the fuel filter replaced and it seemed to drive 55 mph but now I get in it to drive and it either cuts out or only goes 20 MPH. Sometimes it will run right and other times it won't. It dies on me but I am able to get it started again.Someone said it maybe something wrong with the turbo??
