240 or 940 Wagon 200

I've owned four 240 wagons. Each was a great car. A '82, '85 Turbo, '91SE and a '92. I've been searching and searching for the perfect '93 Classic Wagon. I found one in Denver but they won't take less than $9,500. It is in mint condition with 116K. They did all that I would do: clock/tach "upgrade", rear cargo mat, rear cargo barrier, tinted windows and they have all service records from day one. But I don't know if I can choke out 10 grand for a '93 240, though I admire these cars greatly. I sold my '91 SE last fall and could kick myself. I bought a '03 Jetta TDI Wagon- Great gas mileage but no where near the durability and solidity of my ole brick. So, I'm selling the Jetta and just won a '91 240SE Wagon on eBay. It's white with 106K. I got it for $3,950. I hope it works out. I haven't seen it yet. My '91 was in near perfect condition. It had 165K and I sold it for $4,200. I'm also looking at a '95 940 Wagon from concordmotorsport.com in Concord, NH. I don't know anything about the 940. It looks like a decent car. How do they hold up to the 240? Any suggestions?
